Jan van den Akker
Made his mark as an entrepreneur in the automotive industry. Has been a professional investor in (inter)national real estate since 1994 and has acquired a reputation when it comes to niche markets and timing. In just a few years, Jan van den Akker has established a high-quality international network of (fund) managers, bankers, brokers, and real estate investors. At Floreijn Capital Group, he is responsible for acquisition and for managing business relationships.

 

Hans Bazelmans
After completing his studies at the HTS Eindhoven, Hans Bazelmans spent 23 years working as a Senior Advisor for Corporate Clients at Rabobank, where he had final responsibility for one category of major business contacts, including professional real estate investors and developers. In addition, Hans supervised his commercial colleagues, the account managers and the financial advisers. He was around during the infancy of construction and saw the market launch of the first real estate funds within the Rabo organisation. With his full-service attitude and his expertise in the fields of finance and tax, he is a great asset for investors in Floreijn Capital Group.

 

Ronald Schouten
Ronald Schouten spent over 20 years as a banker at Rabobank in various positions of final responsibility within the Amsterdam market, for example as manager in the large-scale business market, director of private advice and director of strategy, innovation, marketing & communication. In 2005, he stepped outside his usual domain to take on the role of commercial director for Rabobank in Leiden. He has been an independent entrepreneur since 2006, specialising in financial management, business strategy and marketing & communications. In this role, he acts as a sounding board and a sparring partner for entrepreneurs. A solid relationship of trust forms the foundation for this. In 2009, he took on the role of general manager at Floreijn Capital Group.
