Floreijn Capital Group aims to gather and focus capital in locations where risk is limited and return is optimal. To achieve this goal, we initiate real estate projects and supervise them during the development and operational phases. In doing so, we make use of financial engineering, anti-cyclical investments and solid asset management – all aimed at wealth creation.
 

Strategic choice


In 2004, the shareholders of Floreijn Capital Group made a strategic choice with regard to niche opportunities in the German real estate market. In recent years, we have established a solid network in Germany, enabling us to identify opportunities at an early stage and – even more importantly – to convert these opportunities into solid investments. In the meantime, we remain alert when it comes to identifying market niches in other European regions. After all, it's all about correctly anticipating local economic growth cycles and appreciating the importance of timing!
