This concerns the redevelopment of approximately 15 hectares of an industrial estate in Leipzig West (Germany), some parts to be renovated, some parts to be newly built over, with the intent on the one hand to rejuvenate and on the other to redevelop the property for the establishment of innovative enterprises. In collaboration with the city council, this will be built as a location for working, living, shopping and recreation.
